All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and our systems undergo regular security scans to ensure consistent and high-security compliance. In addition to two-factor authentication, IP barring and access schedule restrictions, our industry-best highly configurable role-based permissions control what PracSuite users can do and what data they can access with all actions logged for auditing.
Per User Permissions
Customisable roles allow you to select from over 190 access permissions relating to features throughout PracSuite. You can also limit a user’s appointment book, report and clinical note access to certain businesses, professions or practitioners’ data.
Mandatory Two Factor Authentication
Two Factor Authentication (2FA) is mandatory for all PracSuite users to ensure our clients’ data is secure. Use a mobile app or our physical security token.
Access Schedules
Restrict access to PracSuite during certain days and times of the week on a per-user basis.
IP Barring
Restrict access to PracSuite from only approved IP address connections on a per-user basis.
Backups & Redundancy
PracSuite has multiple layers of backup redundancy, including 5-minute restore points and offsite backups in case a disaster strikes.
Data Sovereignty
